He also was very aware of their need for privacy. Gus was sensitive enough to realize they wanted to talk privately and made up an excuse to leave the area. He was patient and waited when they wanted to take pictures of their old van they had driven many grandchildren around in! He made their experience a good one that my mother and father still talk about every time I see them! "
